General Schwarzkopf

Norman Schwarzkopf jr was a Vietnam War veteran, commander of the U.S. Central Command and a four-star general in the U.S. Army. He graduated from West Point and fought in the Vietnam War. His career included commanding forces in Grenada and the Persian Gulf War. General Schwarzkopf passed away in December 2012.

About this Series

“The General Schwarzkopf Series” consists of nine short videos. They are excerpts of a lecture given by General Schwarzkopf in 1998. Each video focuses on one or more topics closely related to leadership.
Despite the largely military context, the examples and advices can easily be transferred to business situations.
